Classical Interludes: aTonal Hits
This violin and piano duo will follow American music through the 20th and 21st Centuries- beginning with Charles Ives and his Sonata No. 2, lingering on Aaron Copland's Sonata for Violin and Piano, jumping to John Adams with 'Road Movies' and, finally, welcoming a brand new work of American art, Eugene Birman's Sonata No. 2 for Violin and Piano.
