Open Kitchen's Passover Primer
Join Chef Doug Cooperman in this hands-on cooking class for a look at taking traditions from the Passover table and connecting those traditions to modern cooking methods and ideas. While not much has changed, and Nana's Knaidlach (matzo balls) are still the best, we will explore opportunities to add healthy fats, seasonal vegetables, lots of flavor, and new memories with your guests. We will also talk about time management, knife skills, and cooking and flavor principles.
