The Great Rockabilly Burlesque KISS-Off!

The Jigglewatts Burlesque troupe presents "The Great Rockabilly KISS-Off," featuring live music by Johnny Hootrock on Tuesday, September 28 at 9:00 PM at Austin's ND at 501 Studios.

Quick on the stiletto heels of their latest and most glamorous show comes an all out rockabilly shindig in honor of their devoted fans who voted them into the top 5 to open for glam rock legends, KISS. Johnny Hootrock and The Jigglewatts will present their victory show for making it to the final round.

The show will be hosted by chanteuse and comedienne extraordinaire Cora Vette of Denver. She commented, "the national burlesque community is a tight knit spiderweb of awesome creative people. I know Coco and Ruby from several shows we have done together nationally. Coco came out to do my shows last month in Denver and I couldn't wait to see what she and the Jigglewatts have cooking in Austin. Everyone in the Burlesque community works so hard at what they do and the personal connections are so valuable… since I produce burlesque shows here in Denver and also perform with my own rockabilly band, Cora Vette and the Spin-Outs, it was a perfect show to come out to Austin for!"

Also making a special appearance will be the beloved Tynkerhell aka Pinki Lane of Austin's Red Light Burlesque and Jolie Goodnight of Hell on Heels, San Diego.

The sparks will really start flying in the second act, when Johnny Hootrock takes the stage for a live set! The Jigglewatts will shake and shimmy their signature go-go acts, which incorporate a little bit of burlesque strip-tease, naturally. A rockin' hootenanny for all cats and kittens to enjoy, let's clear some room on that dance floor!
