Farm to Table Cooking Class & Dinner with Jim Hamilton
We are honored to be working with Jim Hamilton of Hamilton's Grill Room for our 3rd Chef's Farm to Table Dinner Series in 2010. On Saturday, September 25th, our local restaurant icon will provide a cooking class at 2:30 pm around The Kitchen Potager's earthen oven and the Ottsville Farmers Market Center Grill. The meal will be a shore seafood dinner. At 5:30 pm, the classmates' guests will arrive to enjoy the meal together in The Barn at Linden Hill Gardens.
$150 for cooking class attendee and their dinner guest
