Buffalo Rising's Can You Can?
Buffalo Rising's Can You Can? is a great opportunity to show off the tasty jams, pickles and other delightful edibles you've been canning all season. Bring THREE jars of any ONE item. One of the jars will be opened, sampled and voted on by judges and fellow guests. The other two jars will be traded in a swap, so that you can go home with two jars containing the fruits of someone else's labor.
This fun event will take place at Delish Cooking School on Elmwood Avenue and is open to anyone willing to both share their efforts and sign a waiver! Categories will include:
Jams, Jellies and Preserves
Pickled Vegetables
Fruit
Vegetables
Epicurean Creations
Please join us for a nice glass of wine and a fun celebration of our summer's hard labor!
