After a morning of crying and laughter, 2 seven year old boys, Hamza the Palestinian and Baram the Israeli leave their houses. They randomly meet in a place they shouldn't be in, and with no common language or background, they begin to, shakily, discover common ground. Until disaster strikes.
Deyrouth (Beirut)
Summer 2006. Paris, France. ChloƩ has decided to celebrate the anniversary of her parents' arrival in France by taking a road trip to Lebanon. Just as they had done to escape the war, but the other way round. Ironically, a new war breaks out a few days before her departure. Her plans are upset, but the irrational attachment she nurtures for this wounded country pushes her to leave nevertheless.
Tripoli Quiet
Only a few hours into his shift, a cab driver in Tripoli, Lebanon finds a lone boy sitting in the backseat of his car. The boy's peculiar silence forces the cabbie to deal with his most unique passenger yet.
