Andy Andrist at Capitol City Theater with John Mink, Jared Richard and Eric Alexander Moore
Capitol City Presents:
ANDY ANDRIST
Watching Andy Andrist is like riding a rollercoaster - dark, twisted and always unpredictable. It's no wonder comedy icon Doug Stanhope calls him "my favorite comedian on the planet."
A former writer for Comedy Central's The Man Show and Stand-Up records recording artist, Andrist flays belief systems and pushes all the right buttons. Featured on HBO's "Down and Dirty with Jim Norton" he also starred in the underground movie "The Unbookables". Andy Andrist can be heard as a semi-regular on the popular Doug Stanhope podcast.

John Mink
Offending crowds became hobby, with a pungent tone of freewill to promote the underdog's scorecard. His raw-dog antics have been seen all over the Northwest, performing his own style of "Guerrilla Comedy;" surprise shows. Plugging in a small amp, in random bar or tavern, only to be thrown out by his teeth with threats of trespassing.
Mink was a semi-finalist at Oregon's Last Comic Standing and was the host of Salem Idol 2014. Capitol City Theater regular. Hosted a weekly comedy show for 6 months in Salem's Oldest Bar, Noble's Tavern. He frequently hosts shows with names such as Andy Andrist (Man Show), Bobcat Goldthwait (Police Academy, God Bless America), Todd Armstrong (Permanent Comedy).
Mink's favorite shows are in small dark alleyway bars where the underbelly of America can be found, in hopes of starting the revolution.
