"Gender Bender" The Smash Hit Of The Season Returns For One Show Only!
What makes "Gender Bender" so different? It's the twist! Local residence Doug Graham and Charles Herrera loved the wonderful standards and Broadway songs that were written for woman and decided it was about time that two manly men got the chance to sing them. So, with the help of musical director Paul Cracchiolo, director Larry Lazarro, plus choreography by Doug Graham, "Gender Bender" was born.
Charles Herrera has been an actor singer and voice over artist for over 25 years and most recently starred in "Decades", and "Gershwin Time" for Cabaret Theatre West in Indian Wells. Doug Graham has toured in such shows as "Bob Fosse's Dancin", "A Chorus Line", "Phantom Of The Opera", "Will Rogers Follies", "Woman Of The Year", "Dames At Sea" "Chess", "Fantasticks", "Chicago" and "Cats", which by the way, he'll be playing the role of Rum Tum Tugger in the upcoming Palm Canyon Theater production.
This show originally played one show in July 2010 and the response was overwhelming and the demand for them to do it again is so great - it is sure to sell out! DON'T MISS THIS SHOW!!
