BACKGROUND: It is a time of rebuilding. An outbreak of a deadly sexually transmitted disease has decimated the world population, dropping our numbers as a species in a matter of years. The disease is finally contained, but as Humanity was destined for war, famine, and extinction, two sociopolitical organization rise to power.
The Moralists: Ruled under the iron fist of Don Jon, the Moralists enforce order over chaos. To stop the virus from spreading, they have implemented strict laws over the population regarding copulation, going as far as arranging and regulating all marriages.
The Revolutionaries: Seeking freedom under Don Jon's rules, his brother Don Pedro created the Revolutionary movement. Their creed is a demand for freedom and the right to choose their own fate. However, they are rather disenfranchised.
