Sylvia Sussman Celebratory Reception
Featuring the works of Sylvia Sussman, this virtual exhibit displays not only the artist's paintings but also two videos filmed within Sussman's Berkeley studio that allow viewers to understand the thought process behind the exhibit's pieces and creates a sense of intimacy between the artist and audience.
This special reception will honor the hard work of the artist, curator Theres Rohan, and videographers Peter Foley and Ruth Eckland who made the debut of MERIDIAN STUDIO VISITS possible. Refreshments will be offered and a private screening of the featured videos will be available. Attendees can browse through a small collection of artwork from the artist's Berkley studio, that are not in the exhibition, but are available for purchase.
