EIFF - "Santorini Blue"

Love rekindled, a tough challenge for anyone.

Alexandra (Deirdre Lorenz) and Felix (Matthew Panepinto), both writers, are a seemingly happy couple living in New York. She discovers that he has betrayed their love with an affair. Alexandra leaves Felix and goes to Santorini, Greece to continue with her writing. Before leaving she confides in her manager Richard (Richard Belzer), who set her up with Felix, where she is going for her retreat.

Felix's life unravels on every level without his true love. Seeking cousel with his therapist (Ice T) and, through soul searching, he realizes that she was the foundation of their wonderful life.

Despite script deadline pressure from his producer (Dann Florek), Felix is determined to prove to her that he has truly changed. After begging Richard to disclose her whereabouts, Felix jumps on the next flight out. Is he too late? Has she met someone else? And, he still has to win her back once he gets there.

The island is full of romance and temptation for both Felix and Alexandra... Santorini is the perfect place to fall in love with it's romantic sunsets over the caldera of the volcano and the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

She has found great momentum in her new life. His journey is still ahead of him.
