As the snow slows down and we are all increasingly excited for warmer weather, we invite you to join us at the Chifferobe Atelier as we heat things up with a dynamic duo of dance workshops!
THE ROSIE
Sundays 2-3:30 pm
Join us for 6 Sundays of Beginning to Level 2 tap as we work on learning new tricks and reviewing old. Eventually, our tap vocabulary will fall into place as a performance-worthy routine. Tap shoes are not required, but advice/information about where to find them will be offered. Costumes for the performance on Thursday, April 9th are not included, and will be discussed during week one or two of the workshop. $100
THE BETTY
Mondays 8:15-9:15 pm
Over the course of 6 Monday evenings, we will work on a showgirl/retro-fabulous routine. Dancers of all levels are welcome to participate in this workshop, which will start with a brief warm-up that is focused on lengthening and toning. Due to the length of the class, and focus on developing a performance-ready routine, participants are encouraged to attend the prior Monday class, Cardio Belly Dance from 7-8pm, without an additional fee. Costumes are not included. $100
Concluding performances for both workshops will take place at The Sweet little Variety Show at Aurora Providence on Thursday, April 9th.
