Wild Beers Workshop with Pascal Baudar
Let's get back to the basics of making beer. You'll be amazed how easy it is to make beer at home with foraged ingredients. During this workshop, we'll go on a foraging walk through the Ranch site looking for ingredients to make beer. We'll collect mugwort, black sage and other aromatics. After the walk, I'll show you the process of making the beer on location, we'll go through all the steps and you'll even get an instruction sheet and recipe. Some wild refreshments and snacks will be served. This class is part of the Huntington Ranch's "Ecosystem-Based Gardening Workshop Series" and is intended for the Advanced Gardener.
Limit: 15 participants. Early registration is strongly recommended due to limited space. It is The Ranch's policy to keep classes an intimate size to make your 'hands-on' learning experience more enjoyable.
