Burlesque Tips, Tricks, and Tales with Satan's Angel
Satan's Angel started dancing in San Francisco in 1961, after winning an amateur strip contest at a North Beach nightclub the Moulin Rouge. She has been Singer, Musician and a bass player in The Hummingbirds, an all Girl topless Band. In Las Vegas in the 70's and 80's she was cast by big-name burlesque promoters Barry Ashton, Harold Minsky, and Ann Corio. Her career has taken her all over the World. And has worked "46"of the States in the USA! She speaks at Burlesque Conventions, Universities, Radio and TV-Talk Shows. In 2007, she won "America's Most Outrageous Talent" on The Maury Povich Show, and in 2009 received the Burlesque Hall of Fame Legends Award.
Come hear how Satan's Angel became an Exotic Dancer! She will discuss the basics of working the stage including your persona, choosing music, stage lighting, and everything you ever needed to know on how to Step ON That Stage. She will also offer tips on a range of striptease specialties, such as how to work with your costume in your act, flirting with a duster/negligee, stocking and glove peels, tassels, and using props. She will be bringing many of her *Huge* Dusters (100 yards) and Feather Boa's to play with (15-20 feet long), Big Fannie Annie's Dusters will be for sale. So Come Prepared to Work!
