Previously Secret Information 9/19/10
Good comedians have the ability to reduce a 30-minute experience to a 30 second joke. Joe Klocek, one of San Francisco's finest, wants to reverse that process. His Idea? To tell the story behind the punch lines. Solo performers, storytellers and comics join Joe on stage each month with stories tragic, life altering and of course, very funny.

"Barney the Dinosaur was never a Skin Head"
Every comic has a road story. They always start out badly, get worse and then become horrible in the most surreal ways. In "Barney . . . ", all of that occurs within the first five minutes. Cops show up, fists fly and before the night is over Joe will receive a ticket for walking a dog without a leash and sticking up for Barney the Dinosaur.
Joe has been seen on Comedy Centrals, "Live at Gotham" and NBC's "Last Comic Standing."

"The Comically Curious Adventures of Dumb Criminals"
We criminals confuse ourselves with our dapper counterparts in Hollywood movies. Murderers think they are brilliant like Hannibal Lektor. Bank robbers think they are George Clooney in Ocean's 11/12/and 13. But they are more like George Clooney's loony bandit in "Out of Sight" who gets busted because his janky piece of shit getaway car won't start. I robbed banks. And not just one. Or two. Please join me as I take you on a jaunt through the kind of crime sprees you won't see in Big Hollywood Blockbusters.
Joe Loya is the author of "The Man Who Outgrew His Prison Cell" and the movie "The Protagonist" which appeared at the Sundance Film Festival.

"Battery Powered Shopping"
Why not add a little extra pleasure while wandering the produce section of the supermarket? This should be a cautionary tale for anyone who thinks their judgement in vegetable choices wouldn't be effected when they add a little spice to this hum-drum daily task. Morgan performed on the very first PSI. Now she's back with a brand new story.

"A Bridge (Way) Too Far"
In the history of "bad first date ideas" this one might win the prize. Stan goes along for the ride. Stan Sinberg is an award-winning newspaper columnist, former satirist on "KFOG," and contributor to MAD magazine and the now-defunct gonzo tabloid, Weekly World News.
