The Joy of Cheese Presents Spain v. Portugal
The World Cup round of 16 match was only the beginning. Please join us September 21 at The Clerkenwell, 49 Clinton St., for a tasting that will pair four great Spanish cheeses with four great Portuguese ones. I'll present each and discuss in detail their flavor profile, geographic disposition and production technique. In addition there will be a mystery cheese and perhaps a stray cheese or two that will rise above the comparisons. Tickets are $25 and you pay for your beverages as you go.
