The Joy of Cheese Worskshop Presents Red, White and Beer
In general sheep cheeses are among the most beverage companionable creatures on the planet. They pair with fussy reds, they meld with amiable whites and they stand up to aggressive beers. Which ones work best overall? That's the quest behind our next Joy of Cheese Workshop event, Red, White and Beer. Please join us Wednesday September 15 at 7:30 at Culturefix, 9 Clinton St. for an examination of sheep's cheese's pairability. I'll sample seven cheeses and each attendee will be served a sample size of white wine, red wine and beer and we'll test them out and discuss. Tickets are $30. It should be fun.
