We are so excited to premiere a new piece at our first home season at Eighth Street Studios.
The work is centered around the idea that the breakage of an object can become part of its history, instead of something to be ashamed of or to hide. Our collective curiosity in this topic came out of group discussions about forgiveness, expectations, harbored feelings, and lost causes.
Created through fcdc's signature democratic process, the collaborators offer moments of truth, vulnerability, and openness drawing on personal experiences of brokenness and repair.
Featuring music composed and performed by Guerrilla Composers Guild.
***Sliding Scale Ticket Pricing
We are offering tickets on "pay-what-you-can" sliding scale price range between $10 and $20. It is general seating but we encourage our audience to choose the pricing level that best suits your budget.

Under the leadership of artistic director, Claire Calalo, fcdc is a group of dancemakers who believe that art creates transformation and that it should be accessible to everyone. We also believe that it can be made through collaborative and inclusive processes, with many voices contributing to powerful performance products.
