Cancer Benefit: Green Bay Ride The Divide Screening presented by Salsa Cycles

The Green Bay, WI screening of Ride The Divide is a benefit for the Lance Armstrong Foundation! Ride The Divide is an intense documentary of the world's toughest mountain bike race, traversing over 2700 miles along the length of the Continental Divide. Over the course of a few weeks competitors pedal 200,000 vertical feet over the Rocky Mountains - equivalent to climbing Mount Everest seven times. Physical strain, intense mental stress, and treacherous weather are their challenges, but the greatest challenges are always within.

For those of you who don't know, this is the race I am entering as a Livestrong.org cancer fundraiser in 2011. My family has lost many loved ones to this disease and I am going to try to do something about it! Come and see just what it is I am in for, catch a great movie and do a little cancer fightin' all in one morning!
