WildCat Theatre Conservatory 2015
Focusing on lessons of "Confidence, Creativity, and Communication," the WildCat Theatre Conservatory returns for a 4th year on the campus of Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA. Students will spend two weeks taking 6 classes per day, including Acting, Musical Theatre, Improv, Voice/Movement, and two others still to be determined. Culminating a showcase of work for the public, the WildCat Conservatory has continues to encourage students to grow in a nurturing environment.

Cost
Cost is for one camper for one session. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child's place in class.

Professional Staff
Mace Archer (Director), former head of performance at Randolph College, is the Artistic Director of the Mt. Hood Community College Theatre Department in Portland, OR. Previously, Mace founded Venture Theatre and the Venture Youth Conservatory in Billings, MT. He has worked across the country as a professional director and actor, most recently at Arizona Broadway Theatre and the Clarence Brown Theatre.
Katie Becker (Nuts and Bolts) is an actor, director, and teaching artist who has worked in Illinois, New Mexico, and Virginia. Her experience in Theatre for Youth is extensive with roles in productions such as The Borrowers (Homily Clock) and Tuck Everlasting (Winnie Foster) She also has taught Classical Scene Study to 5th-12th grade students at the Springer Theatre Academy and at WildCat Theatre Conservatory last summer. Ezra Colón (Acting) is a Chicago based actor who has performed across the country, including over 40 productions at Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA, most notably as Dr. Victor Frankenstein in Frankenstein, Lefou in Beauty and the Beast, and Hamlet in Hamlet. Ezra is a former teaching assistant for the Springer Theatre Academy and an apprentice at the Berkshire Theatre Festival in Berkshire, MA, who trained in the Suzuki method of acting.
Wendy Kessler (Bitties) has experiences working with students of all ages. She taught for eight years at the Venture Theatre Youth Conservatory in Billings MT. She also developed the K-2 program at Wildcat Theatre Conservatory last summer. This summer, she is coming back with her own two young budding actors in tow.
Martha Reddick (Assistant Director), currently pursuing theatre in Chicago, earned a masters in English education from the University of Tennessee where she performed at the Clarence Brown Theatre, a LORT-D region theatre. A company member of the St. Sebastian Players, she will be performing in Emperor of the Moon.
