Stop and Smell Your Dinner Spring - An interactive scented pop-up dining experience
The 4th installment of this fun and innovative project between Chef Anne Lee of Castle Gourmet and Saskia Wilson-Brown of the Institute for Art and Olfaction
Featuring a spring inspired menu from Chef Anne Lee creatively paired with complimentary aromas with help from the Institute for Art and Olfaction

Saturday, March 7th Two seatings: 6:00pm 9:00pm
MENU First: Baby Spring Vegetable Salad - Heart of Palm, Sweet Roasted Carrot, Pickled Beet, Baby Radish, Garlic Ramps, Spring Onion, Frilly Mustard, Grape Tomato, Blood Orange, Basil, Tulip.
Second: Tarragon infused Green Pea Soup, Pickled Red Onion, Shiitake Bacon, Garlic Crème Fraiche, Pea Sprouts
Main: Creamy Saffron Polenta, Spring Vegetable Ragout, Zucchini Crisp, Fried New Potatoes, Herb Chutney, Goddess Sauce, Almond, Olive Oil Crumbles
Dessert: Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake, Pistachio Rosewater Ice Cream, Coconut Cream, Green Tea, Balsamic Reduction
Dinner: $65 // Optional Wine Pairing $25
