Norma - Opera in Cinema
Recorded live in April 2008. Bellini wrote "Norma" at age 30 and it became his greatest achievement. It is now regarded as an example of the supreme height of the bel canto tradition. It includes the famous aria "Casta Diva," which is often associated with opera legend Maria Callas.
Starring Daniela Dessi as Norma, Fabio Armiliato as Pollione, and Kat Aldrich as Adalgisa.
