Chef Matthew Schieble is back from his adventures in SE Asia and Hawaii and what better way to forget the bitter cold of Wisconsin for a night than with a Hawaiian style tasting menu! Menu is as follows:

1. Spam Musubi
2. Ahi Tuna Poke
3. Kalua Pork Plate Lunch
4. Coconut and Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi
5. Haupia with Papaya

Tickets are going for $70 (Not including tax and tip) and includes drink pairings by the talented Jenny Griep.
