The Joy of Cheese Presents Belgian Beers and Iberian Cheeses
It's a natural! The crisp sweetness of Belgian beers are an ideal match for many cheeses, and likewise the briney, salty finish of many cheeses from Spain and Portugal make them ideal counterparts for many beverages. Please join us September 30 at 7:30 at Stella Manhatan Bistro for a special NYC Craft Beer Week event celebrating the pairing of Belgian Beers and Iberian cheeses. I'll select, present and discuss eight extraordinary cheeses, and Dave Herman will to the same for eight beers he's chosen to pair with the cheeses. Tickets are $30 and our event will last about 75-90 minutes.
