The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Six Pack Presents Softies and Saisons
Beat the Heat vol. 1. One good way to combat the summer swelter is with soft cheese and cool beer. Please join us August 3rd at d.b.a Bklyn, 113 N. 7th St. (between Berry and Wythe in Williamsburg) at 7:30 (new start time!) for Softies and Saisons, a survey of seven delicious oozy cheeses and seven fantastic farmhouse ales. I'll present and discuss the cheese; Ray Deter, owner of d.,b.a., will present and discuss the ales. The event will run till about 8:45. Tickets are $25.
