Auditions for Koresh, Gallim & CityDance's Vaganova for the 21st Century Summer Intensive
You don't have to leave DC to experience world class training this summer!
CityDance is excited to announce that following our two week Dance Theatre of Harlem Summer Intensive, we will host a two week Intensive with renowned contemporary dance companies Koresh Dance Company and Gallim Dance. Esteemed CityDance faculty members Anatoli Kucheruk and Ludmilla Morkovina will teach daily ballet classes, rounding out this pre-professional intensive. Ages: 8 to 19. Intensive Dates: July 6th July 17th.
Auditions for the Intensive will be held on February 7, 2015 (11:00am 5:30pm) at CityDance School & Conservatory. Please arrive one hour before your class to check in. Each audition class will include a ballet and contemporary component.
Ages 8-11 yrs
Check In: 11:00am-12:00pm
Audition Class: 12:00pm-1:30pm
Ages 12-14 yrs
Check In: 12:30pm-1:30pm
Audition Class: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Ages 15 and up
Check In: 2:30pm-3:30pm
Audition Class: 3:30pm-5:30pm
Auditions will include both ballet and contemporary technique. Please bring a simple head shot and a contemporary or modern dance body shot wearing dance attire. Professional photos are not required.
