August 3 7 (9 am - 4 pm) Ages 9-13 The Eastern Shore of Virginia Historical Society and the Eastern Shore Soil and Water Conservation District are offering an advanced camp in early American espionage tactics and becoming a Nature Detective. All the while, they will broaden their observation skills and look more closely at the world around them to discover nature's mysteries. Campers will learn to identify a variety of animal tracks, birds and trees as well as mastering solar cooking techniques. The week culminates in the completion of a mission and a grand scavenger hunt. Tuition is $165 ($150 for ESVHS members) and all materials, a snack, and a T-shirt are included. Campers need to bring a packed lunch each day. To register your student call 757-787-8012 or email education@shorehistory.org
