Northwest Bellydance Company's shows have been an annual event in Spokane since 2010, and now for the first time they are venturing out on the road!

About Northwest Bellydance Company
The Northwest Bellydance Company is a professional dance troupe based in Spokane, Washington. Since 2010, the company has produced unique theatrical productions blending several styles of bellydance into a modern form of entertainment. The mission of the Northwest Bellydance Company is to bring belly dance to the public through art, education and entertainment. They aim to develop new standards of achievement for the art form as a whole and redefine the spectrum in which belly dance is perceived. By bringing bellydance to the theater and using strong production elements such as choreography, set design, story telling and more, they hope to inspire audiences.
The company is comprised of around 20 dancers within the ranks of principal, soloist and the corps. Since mid 2014, they are joined by Roger Sumner, providing live percussion accompaniment.
