Economic Insecurity for Seniors of Color
With older Americans finding it increasingly difficult to maintain dignity and financial security, The Greenlining Institute in partnership with 89.3 KPCC will sponsor a forum examining the growing crisis of economic insecurity for seniors of color. A key focus of the event will be discussion of a policy and advocacy agenda aimed at ensuring that all older Americans have the opportunity for security and dignity as they age. There will also be information on financial literacy and ways that seniors of color can increase their economic stability.
Panel will be moderated by Laura Trejo, General Manager, Los Angeles Department of Aging.
