An Evening of Mixology in Mount Baker
Join us as we celebrate the history of Mount Baker's involvement during Prohibition with an exciting mixology lesson on Friday, February 13th, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Upon arriving in our speakeasy (aka the Mount Baker Community Clubhouse) guests will mix and mingle as they learn the stories and recipes behind four to five pre-Prohibition inspired cocktails. We'll focus on classic techniques from start to finish, including the preparation of unique ingredients that make up these fantastic libations. Participants will leave with recipes from the evening and the knowledge to make outstanding cocktails at home.
