Elk Cove Vineyards, located in Gaston, OR is known for producing outstanding pinot noirs and cool climate white wines. Owner and Winemaker Adam Campbell is the son of Elk Cove founders Pat and Joe Campbell and grew up on the property. He spent his summers in the vineyard and on the bottling line, and has been the Head Winemaker since 1999.
Local Three will host Todd Stewart, National Sales Manager for Elk Cove, for a reception and four-course dinner in our Bushwood Private Dining Room. Todd will fit right in at Local Three.... he also happens to be Elk Cove's BBQ expert (he's from NC after all), and he plays a mean game of poker.
The reception will last from 6:30pm-7:00pm, with the seated dinner beginning at 7:00pm. The menu has been designed by Chef Ben Barth to pair with six wines provided by Elk Cove.

Alaskan King Crab - pear, arugula, radish, tangerine vinaigrette
Second Course: 2012 Willamette Pinot
Braised Mississippi Rabbit - goat cheese gnudi, cherry, kale, clove
Third Course: 2012 Five Mountain and 2012 Roosevelt
Cocoa Dusted Cervena Venison - braised beets, smoked fingerlings, huckleberry
Dessert: Ultima
Local Honey Panna Cotta - apricot, fennel, fresh thyme, sea salt
