Jizel Music's Take the Mic, Cabaret Singers' Performance Class presents Cirque Room Cabaret, a cabaret concert hosted by Linda Kosut with musical director, Dave Miotke.
The Cirque Room at San Francisco's renowned Fairmont Hotel acts as the stage for a culminating concert for an 8-week master class for singers produced by Jizel Music and hosted by master class coach Linda Kosut.

ABOUT JIZEL MUSIC & DESIGN:
San Francisco jazz/cabaret vocalist and Bistro Award winner, LINDA KOSUT, has been producing showcases and teaching master classes for singers, with a focus on stage presentation and the art of cabaret, for the past 6 years. Musical director, DAVE MIOTKE is a master accompanist and vocal entertainer. Both Linda and Dave perform locally in the Bay Area as well as nationally.
Linda is considered one of the Bay Area's favorite cabaret performers and is committed to inspire and encourage other singers to grow as performers. Through Jizel Music & Design, Linda also provides CD pre-production coaching, CD graphic design and marketing collateral design (posters, postcards) for performing artists and performing arts organizations.
In the Cabaret Singers' Workshop students work on songs of their choosing and in each class address issues such as how to make a song their own, lyric interpretation, stage presence, mic technique, how to talk to one's audience and introduce a song, how to work with musicians, developing a solo cabaret show, etc.
TICKETS: $12 plus 1 drink minimum. First drink purchase is required in advance and must be purchased with your ticket.
Below are the 3 ticket price levels:
* General admission ($12) PLUS 1 soft drink or water ($6) = $18
* General admission ($12) PLUS 1 wine or beer ($10) = $22.00
* General admission ($12) PLUS 1 Cocktail ($13) = $25.00
Seating is limited and advance purchase for ticket and minimum 1-drink is advised.
NOTE: THE BAR IS A CASH BAR AT THE EVENT, WITH DRINKS RANGING IN PRICE FROM $6 (SOFT DRINKS), $10 (WINE & BEER) TO $13 (COCKTAILS) THEREFORE, BRING ENOUGH CASH TO COVER YOUR ON-SITE DRINK PURCHASES.
