Edible Perfumes with Yosh Han
Did you know that at least 75% of what we taste is due to what we smell? Imagine the world of culinary possibility this little fact opens up!! Learn how to navigate it with master perfumer Yosh Han. In this workshop, you will explore edible perfume design, from history to composition. Using both essential oils and hydrosols (like essential oils but less potent), you will learn various ways of using perfume to enhance your cooking, and eating, skills. No experience required.
Aromatic treats to fuel our learning include: cardamom-rose-vanilla scented whipped cream with lavender shortbread cookies and rosemary, lavender and sage dipping salts paired with summer melons.
Note: The materials in this workshop will be therapeutic grade - organic or wild-crafted.
