Early Bird Blues Dance

Beacon Arts Hosts this early dance for those who love the blues and need their beauty Sleep!

Wanna' Blues Dance but need to go to bed on time and get up early? Don't know what this "Blues dancing" is but love blues music? Come dance with us!

Blues is a vintage movement to the music the dance owes it's name to. This style of blues is danced as a casual social dance that is low impact, fun, and varied. The Seattle area boasts quite a following in the art, and for very good reason. We're trying this for two dates and if y'all like it and attend we'll keep it going once or twice a month!

This space is unique as it is practicum dance where you are encouraged and supported in the the art of feedback, improving our private practice, we even have a student teacher or two on hand to help, a half hour drop in lesson at 6pm to practice some basic skills, and DJ'ed music.
....You can also just come and dance, or listen. We'd love that.

We open doors at 5:30pm
Music starts soon after, before 6:00pm
Optional drop in lesson at 6:30-7:00
Doors close at
