Dim Sum Culinary Program with Heather Priest
Thursday, February 26th, 7-10pm Friday, March 6th, 7-10pm Mark your calendars for a fun night of Dim Sum with Master Chef and Middlebrook School culinary arts teacher Heather Priest! Grab your friends and learn how to make Dim Sum, a traditional bite-sized Chinese dish. Please BYOB.
Dim Sum Menu:
* Wilted Bean Sprout, Daikon Radish & Peanut Salad served in Romaine Lettuce Heart Boats * Scallion Pancakes * Little Szechuan Chicken Steamed Buns * Shrimp & Snowpea Potstickers * Pork and vegetable refried rice and fortune cookies will also be on hand
Peanuts and sesame oil will be used throughout the evening. Advance registration is required. No walk-ins.
Enrollment is limited to 22 people per session. Due to the popularity of our tapas program with Heather Priest, we are offering two Dim Sum sessions. $65 per non-member $60 per member
Registration opens to members on Friday, January 23rd. Non-members can register (space permitting) as of Monday, February 2nd.
