Spasojevicâs controversial film, banned in his own country, has been shocking audiences around the world. Veteran porn star Milosh shows up on the set of a supposedly genius filmmaker and reluctantly subjects himself to a few despicable acts only under the assumption that everything heâs involving himself with is staged, but he quickly finds himself in too deep in a plot by the director to manipulate Milosh into performing horrendous acts that that re-define the term âunspeakable.âÂ
