Summertime Soulshine... All Day Yoga Party!
Fulfill your heart's longing for love with beautiful revitalizing practices and a warm community of friends, old and new... This experience will allow you to fully release the cold of winter and embrace in the radiant sunshine of summertime!
This all day wellness journey brings together SIX rejuvenating classes - to fill your life with truth, deep inner strength, and lovelight... Then nourish yourself and each other as the sunset welcomes a huge community potluck to the backdrop of beautiful flowy holistic dj music.
We begin by grounding into the earth and fully embracing the transition into sumer with a powerful intention circle led by Kiana Love (http://www.kakinihealth.com). Then release the body with neuro-reflexology workshop led by Erek Tinker - learn about pressure points and how to rejuvenate all the muscle groups of your body.
This is followed by an open-air synergy-dance, led by Aharata facilitator Fiona (on her last day here in New York!!) (http://www.universynergyarts.org).. Then, the sacred stretchy flow of Vinyasa Yoga led by Jewels (www.flamingjewel.com) and super-fun Partner AcroYoga with Sandhi Ferriera (http://www.sandyoga.com)!
And as we watch the sun set we take the time to fully absorb our experiences with a light mediation led by Jester Jaimi.
And to celebrate your day... A Community Potluck and Dance Party! Bring a vegn dish to share if you can so we may snack and dance to the beats of Ayo, Ali and Arman, and DJ Mantra!
This will be Sancutary's last big event before we take off for the summer... Its going to be huge.
