Between readings Laura Werlin will take you on a tasting journey of cheeses to further your understanding of cheese and help navigate the cheese counter more easily. But that's not all. Laura will teach the basics of cheese and wine pairing and impart tips for entertaining with cheese, wine, and accompaniments along the way as well.
