Traditionally Easter is a time for terrific baked goods, following the austerity of the Lenten fast. We'll be making Hot Cross Buns (originally from England), Greek Tsoureki sweet bread (the one with the red eggs on top!), and Italian Pane di Pasqua, which is full of cheese and sausage. You'll go home with some of each and lots of great information and recipes!
