Sycamore Charleville Beer Dinner
Five different Charleville Brewing beers paired with four courses from chef Mike Odette.
We set 3 tables of 10, family style, and you are afforded the chance to meet some new people, while trying some great beer and food.
We will have a representative from the brewery at Sycamore who will enjoy answering any questions you might have about the beers.

Smoky peanut mole with grilled quail
"Hoptimistic" IPA (6.5% abv)
Spicy smoked chicken empanadas
Shredded cabbage, chipotle tangerine salsa
"Box of Chocolate" Chocolate Quadrupel (10.5% abv)
Oaxacan black mole with cocoa-brined pork shoulder
Patric nibs, Braggadocio rice, handmade corn tortillas
Barley Wine (10.5% abv)
Blue cheese, walnut & celeriac tart
Dulce de leche semifreddo
