Book-It All Over Theater, "Johnny Appleseed" at Bloedel Reserve
The actors of Book-It All Over bring to life the words of the true story of John Chapman, who brought apples and hope to the settlers of a young America, and the tall tales that sprouted from his travels across the county. Book-It's mission is to provide an interactive relationship between young people and literature. The performance takes place at the beautiful Visitor Center of Bloedel Reserve, overlooking Puget Sound. Copies of Steven Kellogg's book will be available for purchase at the performance, courtesy of Eagle Harbor Books on Bainbridge Island.
