ArtemesiaBlack & Kenny Schick at Theatre on San Pedro Square
An evening of music and theatrics... ArtemesiaBlack presents the full band plus one.
The theme for the evening is 'SILENT MOVIE STARS AND THEIR STUNT DOUBLES'. So you can expect new songs from the new up and coming album, new ghostie characters, new costumes and the beautiful Theatre on San Pedro Square.

ArtemesiaBlack:ArtemesiaBlack is a theatrical duo and sometimes full band of songs written by Sabine Heusler-Schick - artist and designer from Australia, and adding lush harmonies and masterly guitar work is Kenny Schick a seasoned Bay Area musician, recording engineer and producer. They are essentially story tellers... and mostly ghost stories - "we sing songs about dead people" in the way of the old time death ballads, but with a contemporary bent and from the dead persons' perspective. We call the genre 'alternative gothic swamp lullabies'.
Kenny Schick:Having played genres ranging from 'classical' to 'punk' has given Kenny Schick a unique perspective to the often predictable singer-songwriter genre, so he prefers to call it Post-Modern Americana. A vivid imagery of lyrics exploring the depths of a soul and a unique & creative guitar playing style with percussive techniques, gives the illusion of multi instruments. Sabine Heusler-Schick adds vocal harmonies.
