E-Ville Roller Derby vs Rat City!
E-Ville Roller Derby's all-star travel team the E-Ville Dead are taking on Seattle's Rat City Roller Girls' house team the Socket Wenches in our last game of the 2009/2010 season.
Doors at 7:00 pm and game at 8:00 pm.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Kids 10 and under are free. Tickets will be available at Happy Harbor, Megatunes, NABI in St. Albert and Local 124.
The E-Ville Dead are undefeated this season. With internationally acclaimed roller derby coach "Coach Pauly" at the helm, the Dead have stepped up training and taken game intensity to a whole new level.
Rat City is going to give us a run for our money however as they are currently ranked 5th in the West Division by the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (wftda.com) and 6th by the Derby News Network (derbynewsnetwork.com) power rankings based on the top 25 WFTDA teams in the United States.
Rat City also currently holds the attendance record for modern roller derby with 6,850 fans attending their house team championship game on Saturday June 5. We definitely won't get that many fans but you do want to buy your tickets early
