The Monochrome Dinner

In our Monochrome Dinners we will explore the relationship between food and color. We will serve you 12 courses that will translate the virtues of color to taste, aroma, texture, and perception.

A chef can typically be inspired by the seasons, memories, and places; this is a new way to create a menu. Each dish will be inspired by one specific color.

We wont be serving you bio-luminescent apples or blue carrots...but be ready to have your expectations challenged!

Ticket prices include dinner, wine, and gratuity.
