Dad Meets Grill
Join South City Kitchen's executive chef, Chip Ulbrich, for the perfect Father's Day gift a fun, interactive and informative grilling class that Dad is sure to love.
The day will start at 10:45 am for coffee and donuts. Chef Ulbrich will teach from 11am-noon with everyone enjoying the fruits of their labor with lunch and select wines from noon to 1pm.
Dad will learn how to make:
"Grilled Bacon Wrapped What-evah!" Chicken livers, scallops, shrimp, bananas, dates--you name it; it's all good on the grill!
"Cedar-Planked Salmon" Soy-roasted onions, honey-ale glaze, and wasabi cream
"Marinated Hanger Steak" What Dad doesn't love a great steak? This one will come with grilled corn and zucchini slaw and green tomato chimichurri
"Cast Iron Cobbler" Yes, you can even make dessert on the grill. This tasty dish is topped with fresh berries and peaches.
