FiftyFifty Eclipse Dinner!
Another in our series of crazy beer dinners, this one features 23 different selections from FiftyFifty Brewing Company. They started barrel aging their Totality Stout back in 2007 and by the following year, realized they were really on to something. Now, they often release over 10 versions each year aged in an assortment of spirit barrels allowing the same base beer to take on very different characteristics.
We've been holding onto these bottles for quite some time and were able to find a few others over the years to put together one of the most complete offerings of their early beers ever. Here's the beer line up:

Each guest will receive 2oz of each beer and a five course meal will be served:
First Course - A Selection of Fine Cheeses from Brothers' Provisions
Second Course - Imperial Calamari Salad: Eclipse Stout Battered Calamari Rings, baby butter lettuce, shredded young carrots, candied almonds and a black ink reduction vinaigrette.
Third Course - Venison Sliders: Pan Seared Venison patty, drizzled with an Eclipse Aioli, tempura onion shoe strings and served with a side of veggie spaghetti
Fourth Course - Casoulet: Slow cooked white beans, Spanish onion in a tomato base, duck confit, pork belly and lamb sausage
Fifth Course - Dessert and Cigars on the back porch. Bring something warm to wear!
