Mardi Gras Madness
The period between Epiphany and the start of Lent is a riotous time of fantastic baked goods all around the world. We'll be making a New Orleans Style King Cake, the classic French Galette des Rois (puff pastry filled with almond cream, complete with collectible porcelain feve), and Paczki, the Polish jelly doughnut. Bring a friend or two, and laissez les bons temps rouler!
