2015 Broadmoor Bistro Adult Education (Carnivores)
Hands on braising and stewing techniques utilizing inexpensive and underutilized meat proteins, such as beef, chicken, and pork. All protein items are locally sourced from the Overland Park Farmer's Market and surrounding farms. All farm products, tools, and equipment will be provided in the cost of this class. All participants receive personal chef coat and food creations to take home. Non slip, closed toed shoes are recommended for your safety!
