Cheese in the City Supper, Part III
CHEESE IN THE CITY SUPPER PART III a late winter feast celebrating the year of the goat and the sheep
Come join us for a four-course meal featuring flavorful winter produce and fresh HOUSEmade cheeses. The meal will consist of an amuse bouche, three savory cheese-centric courses, dessert, and three regional wine pairings, all prepared by seasoned cheese-maker and chef, Jessica Sennett.
On Sunday, February 22nd at 7:00 pm, 20 diners will gather at a large communal table for a night of great food, engaging cheese-y conversation, and general imbibement.
1 fuyu persimmon soup/house saffron crème fraîche
2 clementines/winter leaves/fennel/pomegranate/house feta
3 lamb osso buco/orechiette/rapini/roasted mushrooms/house armenian string cheese
4 olive oil cake/bittersweet chocolate/rosemary/pistachio jeweled baklava wafer/house honey goat cheese

Tickets are $75 per person and will be sold on a first come/first served basis. Space is limited to 20, so get 'yer tickets while they're hot.
The ticket price includes wine.
