For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow Is Enuf
Serious Play! Theatre Ensemble revisits Ntozake Shange's choreopoem "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow Is Enuf." Directed by Sheryl Stoodley, assistant director Kaliis Smith, with Vanessa Alexander, Janaya Barnes, Alysia Cutting Cosby, Marcia Gomes, Evelyn Harris, and Kaliis Smith. Musical accompaniment by Bess Hepner and Olivia McClendon.
Audience is invited to join the ensemble for discussions following each performance.
At the A.P.E. Gallery 126 Main Street, Northampton
Three shows, at 7:30 pm Saturday, February 28 Sunday, March 1 Monday, March 2
Reservations should be claimed at least 15 minutes before the show begins. We'll open doors to the Gallery at 7:00 pm.
Reservations through Brown Paper Tickets will be unavailable after noon on the day of the show. However, a small number of tickets will be available at the door, for cash only.
